Campus Programs & Services Event Resource Managers (ERMs) are a group of graduate and undergraduate students who assist student organizations with the execution of on-campus events.
Duties include conducting pre-event meetings with student event planners to ensure knowledge of WFU event management guidelines and to make sure all the many details of hosting an event have been covered. ERMs will also serve as a resource during events to help event hosts successfully manage their event.
ERMs will be expected to be knowledgeable of WFU event management policies and procedures. The ERM group will also assist with the management of Zick’s, outdoor activities and coordinating special events on campus.
Shifts vary from daytime to evening/late night hours.

Duties include coordinating and scheduling student staff members of the Event Resource Management team, including, but not limited to, those who will work with events at The Barn and campus lounge space.
This person will serve as the main point of contact for all events and will be involved in the event planning process from start to finish. Events take place throughout the week with most occurring Thursday-Saturday and between the hours of 5pm and 3am. Schedule is flexible.
Please tell us about anything that may conflict with CP&S employment. Besides travel abroad, the types of conflicts you may want to list are other campus jobs, Greek life or student organizations, athletic teams, internships, or off-campus jobs.
• This position requires staff to be present late at night, on weekends, and sometimes on holidays. You may be required to work during these times.
• If hired, you’ll be given a mandatory training date near the start of the fall semester. Non-attendance at training may result in termination of employment.
