Campus Programs & Services is a newly organized department that encompasses not only the Benson University Center, but many other areas, including student activities programming.
Our student staff are given a primary job assignment, but are also expected to function as energetic, committed team members, working together to provide excellent services and activities for the WFU community.
Some of the possible primary assignments are: Information Desk, University Switchboard, Setup Crew, Office Assistants, Benson Ticket Office, and Marketing. If you'd be absolutely unwilling or unable to work one or a few of these assignments, please let us know below.
Use the box below to tell us about any prior work experience you may have had, including WFU campus jobs, unpaid internships and volunteer work. Please list your most recent jobs first and include the dates that you held the positions and what your primary duties were. You can also use this space to tell us about any special skills you have, such as running a sound system or creating videos or digital art.
If you have never held a job before, that's okay! Just enter "no previous positions".
Please tell us about anything that may conflict with CP&S employment. Besides travel abroad, the types of conflicts you may want to list are other campus jobs, Greek life or student organizations, athletic teams, internships, or off-campus jobs.
• Our facilities are open early in the morning, late at night, on weekends, and sometimes on holidays. You may be required to work during these times.
• If hired, you'll be given a mandatory training date for your primary area. Non-attendance at training may result in termination of employment.
• Additional work hours may be offered periodically to assist with special programs and student activities. All student staff members are expected to sign up for these hours as they are able.
• This application is not an offer of employment. CP&S staff will contact you if you are selected for an interview.
