Managers move in to residence halls: Sunday, August 20
Manager Training: Manager training will begin with a dinner on Sunday, August 20 and continue throughout the week of 8/21-8/27. Managers should plan to be available for work shifts throughout this period as well as training sessions on 8/24 and 8/25. Specific training details will be emailed during the summer.
Freshman move-in day (Campus Services Day) is Wednesday, August 23. Student managers, Setup crew and Info Desk employees will be required to work that day.
Begin work spring semester: first day Sorority Recruitment.

You will be required to be on call periodically and required to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as necessary.
You will have a shared responsibility with the other student managers in serving as the Benson Center student night manager throughout each semester, periodically working on site form 10:00pm-midnight and closing the building at the end of the shift.
The employment dates listed above are mandatory. Not attending training or not returning to campus early to work during Sorority Recruitment can be grounds for termination of employment.
Student managing is a full academic year commitment. We are not able to grant leaves of absence for semesters abroad, lengthy service trips, internships or student teaching, or family vacations.
